did you leave the noid in or epoxy the hole? bike pumps wont give enough flow to seal it, you might have tapped the hole too big, try loads of teflon tape on it, but dont force it in hard. when you tapped the hole some of the plastic shavings may have gotten inside, open it up, and blow everything out of there with compressed air.

im not using a bike pump. its letting air out of the barrell. ive siliconed the outdside of the hole, so its not leaking. im not sure if thier are some shaving in their, what would that do? i left the selenoid in the valve, should i take it out? this is frustrating, i think i might go buy a new one and power it electrical if i cant do this, is it usually easy?

Shavings will preent the diaphram from sealing. Seriously, make sure it is not on backwards...

its not on backwards, the arrows point from chamber to barrell. im scared to buy another one and mess it up, it could get expensive and make me really mad if it doesnt work. i think it might be that my barbed adapter is leaking, even thought i sealed it. ill try blowing out the shavings. do you think ill mess it up again?
