What does sticky mean the green little circle. If this is something everyone should know dont get mad at me cause im not a computer techie. But still tell me.

It means that that topic 'sticks' to the top of that forum, even if there are new messages than it. Only articles of signifacant importance are stickied, so it is usaly a good idea to check them out.
