Tazor darts have been around for years, the problem was relieabilty. The cops can't trust a defence mechinizum that only works half the time.

Two things: These darts arent reusable, and I believe yours involved a capacitor in the dart, their idea use tiny explosives to squueeze a piezoelectric, which only shocks once.

yea i know but there still tazer darts, so they work on completely different principles... i thought of it before them (okay so mabey i borrowed the idea from splinter cell, but...)
