Im having the same problem. Its under 10 kb and less than 150x150. It says its on their but it doesnt show up. So Im hosting it on a picture holding website, and i used the URL, it still wont show up....

Problem is fixed, it was a folder premissions problem.
I made yours what you wanted Ralph, TACAMO you can just set yours since I don't know what you want for an avatar.
