I plan on making a copper coaxial piston cannon. It will have a 1/2" barrell in a 1" chamber. I already did the math and it should have a c:b ratio of about 3:1. I'm trying to make it as basic as possible. The only thing is, I've never seen a copper coaxial and I'm wondering if there is a reason that I might be over looking??

That looks like it would be pretty effective, copperboy. I'm going to go to home depot in a little bit and begin my adventure.

I have heard horror stories about how hard it can be to get the inner pipe lined up right, and the fittings are much harder to modify than PVC.

But, if it works, good for you.

The fittings are easy to modify, as you can chop, and re-solder parts where needed.

the lining up takes a bit of trial & error, but its nothing that would take longer than say 20 minuites

Good luck
