I absolutely love Excel. I'm pretty sure that this graph is correct. If anyone thinks otherwise, go ahead and yell at me, I don't care. Well I do care, b/c i'll need to change it. I've attached an Excel file that will let you change the pressure to whatever you want.

Is there a certain barrel to chamber ratio which would give you maximum efficiency with the air?

Most of us do not try for maximum efficiency on air cannons. Maximum efficiency and maximum power are not really close together on the performance...

I dont really get all this math and calculators say my ratio is ridiculous. I have a 10inch long 4inch diameter chamber and a 4 foot barrel 1.5...
