Super Small

Yeah, i had a strange idea one night and i thought "y does combustion have super small pill guns but pnumatics are all a lot bigger" so i desided to make a super small pnumatic. its just a 1" diamiter chamber with a BB barrel and a diaphram with a schrader valve to trigger and fill it. i havent glued anything yet so if u have suggestions now is a good time to give um.

why don't you add a hand pump right on it for portablility, other than that, keep it simple.

What did you use for a diaphram?

I made one out of syringes and syringe valves, well I havnt finished yet, no supplies. It will use syringes as pumps to go into a small chamber hooked up to a bb barrel (straw, they fit bbs perfectly) The syringes and valves are really easy to get because my mom is a nurse.

How will the syringe pump the air in? It will just suck the air out of the chamber.

good idea, but with a syringe, you can make a vacuum, and it will spring back at an extrodenary force, and it can shoot a bb out, i made on when i was 6, but shot spit balls.

it will be a pain in the ass to compress it to that point from full.

one other thing, how are you going to get the pragm out if it needs maintenence, it seems like you're using all solvent weld parts

no idea, if it breaks i wont care a whole lot, i dont even know y i made it, just thought it would be fun, i doubt it will work once i finish it and its a good place to store my spare schader valves
