Can you mods let us have a group vote to ban A-holes that everyone has trouble out of?

i think i missed this whole thing, i havent been on in a week, what'd i miss?
in the upcoming presidential election, there will be several candidates who will be running, one of whom is Hillary Clinton. Now WAIT A SECOND!!! I though there was some sort of rule that prevented someone from serving more than two terms in office. Vote Against Hillary: Presidential Elections 08

Chevy08racing was looking at pic's of people beside their guns and making rude comments about their appearance. Also he was doing a whole lot of name calling. Many people had enough so I (before knowing Chevy08racing's fate) posted this website to hopefully ban him and others like him in the future.
