The big, overly heavy, but damn fun, pneumatic!

Cannons powered by pneumatic pressure (compressed gas) using a valve or other release.

Thanks gents! It's been fun blasting away, but also very fun trying to take ideas from a world of PVC and apply them to steel.

There's more at http://www.xr650r.us/cannon/steel

That thing is sweet! Oh, how I long to have equipment capable of working with stainless! I haven't even a welder capable of working the stuff, I'm using a stick to do this.

Get out the elbow grease, that thing'd look awesome with a mirror finish!

Very nice!!
love the ramrod-loading.
That thing does some serious damage, too bad the vid doesn't seem to record the huge bang it must make.
What kind of a valve did you use??

My bad, I frigged up the address. Go back and try it again now that I learned my own web address! http://www.xr650r.us/cannon/steel/

Full pics, the only stills I have, are:
http://www.xr650r.us/cannon/steel/cannon%20full_aft.JPG

&

http://www.xr650r.us/cannon/steel/canno ... l_fore.JPG

Now that I corrected the directory address, there are a few videos in there that will show more angles. I'm witholding a lot of stuff for future uber-video use.

And yeah, it kicks when shooting the heavy stuff!
