Pill bottles are great ammo and pistons, fill 'em with concrete or Bondo.

There is no such thing as 2" ID SCH40 pipe.
2" nominal SCH40 has a ID of 1.845"

It says OD and wall thickness, that's enough. I'd say both are correct, because pipes are different thicknesses according to brand, schedule, etc.
