Take an empty 12 gram CO2 capsule and saw it in half.
Put some lead in the nose, hold it in a pair of pliers and heat it up in a burner until it melts, then let it cool down and solidify.
Wrap some masking tape around the end or slip on the plastic part of a used 12 gauge shotgun cartridge.

ya, ive noticed that shotgun shells fit well inside 3/4 barrels. but you came up with something before me. looks good and damaging, i think i have some co2's laying around, so ill check it out.
There are rules, and then there are hundred dollar bills.
Sweet, finally a use for all those empty 12grams and 12 guage shells I can't reload. I'll probably end up using rocks or something instead of lead though, since I don't like getting cancer.
I'm weird, I know it, you don't need to tell me.

Lead isn't a carcinogen - it's just poisonous!
Novacastrian: How about use whatever the heck you can get your hands on?
frankrede: Well then I guess it won't matter when you decide to drink bleach because your out of kool-aid.
...I'm sorry, but that made my year.

There's always the possibility of <a href="http://www.spudfiles.com/forums/viewtop ... rocrete</a> as a filling, so long as you can put up with non-reusable ammo.
Or just concrete.
Anyways, it looks very stable, and so should be fairly accurate.
