raft with pvc floats?
I don't think so, because more air=more weight. Maybe if you used helium lol.
Helium probably would work well, Hydrogen would be even better, just stay away from sparks

dont pressurize the floats, that makes them more dense and therefore they will have less bowence

use plastic 55 gallon drums they arent that hard to get ahold of
