I use pvc. pressure rated pvc. all pressure rated parts. it's fine if you use it correctly obviously these people didn't. you can see they used dwv.

when used properly, pvc can hold lots of pressure. just use the proper fittings and solvent weld correctly

yeh mate of course there are pressure rated pvc fittings.

otherwise the guns that we make would not be safe and they are.(mostly)

Yeah OK thats just stupidity at its up most! I can get pressusre rated PVC fittings but they are expencive. But its worth it when the damn things could explode like that! Only had one go catastophic and I wasent aroud to see it. and that was a case of rabid stupidity as well. Damn there are alota idiots out there!

I'd never make a pvc gun unless it was pressure rated. theres a dwv fitting called a bell reducer. instead of using that you use a bushing? if there was no rating why would people use the bushing?

The higher the Schedule, the thicker the walls will be; thicker walls allow a pipe fitting or pipe to handle more pressure.
