Well the best advice I can give you is get new ABS. Other than that, fill it with epoxy, the good stuff, like JB Weld. Then on the inside where the holes were, get some fiberglass patch or something and put over where they used to be.

in my opinion you should put thread sealer compound on some screws and put the screws back in.

What about putting a small cheap carriage bolt in the hole, domed head in the inside of the pipe.

I also like orpackrat's idea. That would work as well. Mine is just if you don't want a bolt sticking out.

You could always cut the bolt off flush and hold it in place with some epoxy.

The best way would be to cut your screws to size then get fiberglass strips and use heaps a resen!

If you can, cut the piece of pipe with the holes in it out and use a coupler to put the cannon back together. Using epoxy/other bolts may work but it really isn't the safest/most professional way to do it.

Never try to patch a pneumatic chamber though, always repair the pipe with a coupler.
