Weight of a 6mm BB

Hey guys, does anyone know the weight of a 6mm bb? I've been told both .25grams and 1-1.5 grams :s I really don't know which is right.

Haha thanks alot for that bro. Yeah my copper bb piston gun shall be pretty damn good. Gonna be a while before she's complete though. :(

Yeah the gun I'm planning on is a copper piston valve bb rifle with a shock pump on it so it's like a conventional pump up piston gun. Should be damn good when I get it done.

flip that sounds cool! I just build coaxial gun that uses a 1" chamber and copper barrel. It wont seal with the bike pump :( I'll try it on a compressor though! :D
btw, you get it from building great, clean, decent guns :D

Ah thats a bit of a bummer. I tried making a coaxial gun once. it didn't work too well. The problem was the piston let too much air around it so it didn't fire too well. I'll make another coax one day. Hey thanks alot for the possitive feed back aye. Much appreciated.

6mm BB Bullets:
Metal BB's = .88g
Plastic BB's = .12g

Took me a second to find the answer in google even though I already knew it. Simple search of '6mm bb' brought up thousands of results.
