just wanted to post some pics of making and using flat pvc sheet i made out of 3" pipe. i have read several different ways people has done this but this method works pretty good.
1. cut the pipe the length u need and split it in half so u have 2 pieces if necessary.
2. heat the pvc in boiling water until its flexible.
3. flatten it on the counter or wherever with a skillet etc.
then cut it with a jig saw, hack saw etc.

I've made sheet before. What I do is heat it using a propane heater, and then when it's still pliable I press it between two flat piece of metal. I used some 1/8in aluminum since it was smooth and thought it would cool the PVC faster.
I'm weird, I know it, you don't need to tell me.
