Hey this is my first cannon it's a copper pneumatic one using a ball valve. It's all 15mm. I've taken it up to 160psi with my joe blow sports pump. To put the schrader valve in I stripped the rubber off in a drill, unscrewed the poppet sooldered it in and put teh poppet back. I t was my first go at soldering so don't be to harsh. The most damage I've ever done was a nut and bolt through 6 ply and 1/2innch mdf.
Stats
Chamber: 7 feet of 15mm
Barrel: 5 feet of 15mm
Valve: ball valve 15mm
Filling valve: tyre valve
Here's some pic's

WOW! :wav: :occasion5: :headbang: Thats so awesome I forgot to jump up and down... Yeah, its OK. Why the massive amounts of copper at the bottom though?

very nice, but you could make the chamber with 22mm pipe for quite a bit more volume:) and iff possibale you could spring load the ball valve to speed up opening times!

I was originally going to buy a schrader that fits into a 22mmm endcap.
And spanerman, I got the stuff at homebase and they only sold 22mm copper in 30m lengths for £113...I probally will springload the valve[/quote]

I tried spring loading my first copper pneumatic, and it worked great and looked pretty cool too. But then i bent the ballvalve handle, and then got a QEV
Nice clean first pneumatic spudgun there.
