A good track pump like this will give you a hell of a work-out, sure beats paying for a gym.

I got that pump, and its a nice one, but when you want to go above 6-8 bar(87-116psi) its getting quite hard to pump. I can only go above that kind of pressure with that pump, when I pull the handle up ...

I'm working onto something similair, except my design will hold the barrel by itself, which reduces the risk of barrel-being-the-ammo :roll:

You could try to put some duct tape on the inside piece of the barrel (the chamber side), so that the barrel will be hold in there by itself(ofcourse this ...

I bought a toy cowbow revolver(plastic) and grinded it down to the correct size, then with a little help of duct tape it was put together

Good idea, but wouldn't it be better to let the pump piston move back because of the pressure from the torch(in other words: let the torch fill the pump). Then ofcourse push the pump rod down and fill the chamber.

Because pumping as fast as you did in the video is imo screwing the mixture
