And my idea is to got a very simple regulator to get as many shots as possible.

Just put the FE in front of your chamber within the ballvalve.
So you've got a air reservoir.

I'm searching for a QEV and a pop off, but here in Germany i couldn't found something yet. Maybe here are some germans or european which can show me a shop or online shop with cheap chipping?

I'm planning a similar one. Does the valve do its job as pilot? I couldn't decide between a blowgun and the valve like you did?! I think the solution with the valve has an advantage because theres only one hole to fill and exhaust, and less place for leaks.
