Here's my finished vortex block. It's made out of 1/2 acrylic sheet and the shroud is 1/4 Sch 80 PVC sheet. It has a chip but that probably won't do...

I got a 3 DWV tee laying around I was going to make a BBMG useing a vorext block. Since it is a 3 tee should I make the hole in it 1 in stead of 3/4...

I know the larger end is 1/4 NPT but what size threads are the outlet on your standard blowgun? I am think 1/8 NPT, but I am not sure.
