Me and my friends are building a pirate ship. We need to make cannons for this vessel. We have an unlimited budget and we are looking for a powerful cannon. We want to launch tennis balls. We are looking for a dual chambered cannon (for more power) or a steel cannon (for more PSI) that doesn't require melding. We are looking to keep it under 10 ft long. I see many people on this website are very experienced in this field and we are looking for plans to create a cannon. Thanks for the assistance.

For a very powerful cannnon, buy a mauler valve and hook it up to dual 3 inch chambers. Buy a 2.5" barrel from sgort or BC for tennis balls.
Summer Projects:
CO2 tank hybrid: Gotta fix the meter
Cane gun: Needs a pilot/fill setup
1.5" piston valve gun: Almost done

Buy a REAL CANNON like one from a pirate ship. And you can get threaded steel fittings so you dont have to 'meld' anything. but 'melding' isnt that hard. atleast if you meant welding it isn't that hard.

@andybigfoot2,
Why did you create a second thread for the same topic...?
Should this thread now be deleted?
Peace,
Pete Zaria.

wouldn't a combustion suit the theme better? Flames out of the muzzle and all that...
Also, it's much easier to make a cannon-calibre combustion than it is to make a pneumatic.

that is awesome you should think about making penetrating rounds if your gonna shoot canoes or stuff.It would be excessively funny if you actually sail this in a random river and shoot at stuff(not people or living things)

Andy if you have a unlimited budget, just buy the biggest combustion for tennis balls from www.bcarms.com he can also build custom launchers as well if i remember correctly.
