Nice ones :D and you've done your bit for global warming too by eliminating a good portion of the world's oil reserves - not to mention recycling old solenoids hehe

75 psi is a bit of an insult though, you could easily push double that with a bike stirrup pump, and since pressure is directly proportional to the force on the projectile... :D

Have you noticed: Through the video at exactly 23sec there is a wooden shark head?

Well I did what George Bush couldn't do in 4years, in about 5minutes :D

Yeah though it's not practical in my backyard with those pressures.
It'd be a bitch with my $5 Wal*Mart pump as well, which leaks at 120psi.

Also after i've had 260psi rated pipe blow at 110psi, i'm scared enough at 90psi.

Interesting, but I'd like to see more pressure as well. Still, I can understand if you're not confident with that...

It may be a mentality from America, but I do it with world famous British engineering principles... "belt it wit' a 'ammer", as the late Fred Dibnah said - He said a lot of great things, but usually "Did yer like that?!" after creating a huge cloud of steam from some replica steam engine that wasn't meant to go that fast.

Mechanics/engineers from 'oop North say a lot of good things - there's a Scottish engineer who described medical engineering (artificial limbs and such) as "Rebuilding the soft bits of people with big 'eavy spanners".

Nice and simple...
I have a question on where did you get that reducer from the chamber to the sprinkler. I'm not talking about the one the connects to the sprinkler but the larger one.
I just am having trouble buying pvc that large and pressure rated. And I rather not make another pvc bushing...

The 4"x2" bushing was bought of McMaster while I was vacationing in America, it cost like $10-$15 I can't remember.
