this is my first attempt at a pneumatic cannon. it has a 1" sch 40 by 4 foot long barrel. it uses a 1" lawn genie sprinkler valve with a 2" sch 40 by 2 foot chamber. Besides the out of control primer which will be painted shortly, give me your opinions.
thanks

i had some VERY MINOR leaks after i screwed the pop off valve in so i just put a little hot glue on there to try to seal it up a bit. worked pretty well. the valve is set at 115 psi.

You should invest in some epoxy, I think it will work better for this purpose. Even some thread sealant.

That's pretty nice, I'll bet it has a decent amount of power. What color are you going to paint it?

i think i am going to paint just flat black. it is pretty powerful. i put a C battery through a fence board from about 45 feet at 60 psi.
