i'm having a hard time zooming in. I can easily zoom in but it is all blurry and unreadable. Can some one help me out.

Other than the sprinkler valve being way too small for the barrel size (you need a 2" sprinkler at the least for a TB barrel), the plans look sound, other than the fact that they didn't mention the pipe needs to be pressure rated.

You don't need to be able to read them really, you can easily tell what the parts are.

You would definitely need a larger valve. I use a .75" QEV on my tennis ball gun, and the power isn't really all that great

Also, you might not be able to find 2.5" pipe in the same section of the hardware store that normal PVC pipe is, you might need to use that gray electrical conduit. (at least that's the way it is around where I live, but the stores around where I live don't have any of the parts I need...)

Yea those would work. But bro be creative. I bet you could come up with even a better design, after all, all you need is a valve a chamber and a barrel.
