My calculation used 1.61" ID for 1-1/2" pipe, and 4.026" ID for 4" pipe, which is what they should be.

So this is a decent ratio then? Is it bad enough where i would have to change something?

The ratio isnt perfect but its not that bad you shouldnt need to change anything.
