My calculation used 1.61" ID for 1-1/2" pipe, and 4.026" ID for 4" pipe, which is what they should be.

If you are within the minimum age for this forum (13), then you should know the formula, unless you've failed one or two grades.

So this is a decent ratio then? Is it bad enough where i would have to change something?

The ratio isnt perfect but its not that bad you shouldnt need to change anything.
