Ok, so basicly here it is. I have a steel barrel, conected to a steel piping nipple, but it isn't quite airtight. I used liquid nails but a small hole formed in the seal and I don't want to test it in case of danger *shooting the barrel rather then projectile*. I can't weld it because it's to thin and all I have is an arc welder so it would blow a hole in the barrel. I also thaught of threading it but I would rather another pathway/alternative. Any suggestions about how to fit it? This is for a combustion rifle by the way that shoots marbles.

Well usually a nipple is threaded, but i'm getting the idea that you have a non-threaded piece of steel pipe and need to attach it to your gun some how...

Well there are a few things you could do, you could JB-Weld it to a fitting like this:

Usually I would just mod a threaded fitting and try and jam it in there, and then JB-Weld it in.

It's all about improvising really...

Its a combustion right? so you dont need high pressure pipe, and it doesnt have to be COMPLETELY airtight.

thanks, much appreciated XD i would JB-weld it but the problem is all i have is an arc welder and this would definately blow a whole in the barrel, it even bent a sword i made that was 3mm thick... i think i'll go with improvising :)

JB-Weld is an epoxy type compound. It is not a type of electrical weld.
My lack of coffee has made your last comment sound like one of the dumbest I have ever read. Puhlease research using the search tool here, the wiki and Google.
