i am bored and decided to tell you guys this.

people are complainig of peoples pilot volume but the dude with the gun got no clue how to make it smaller.

it is a easy "build" and i am sure jsr has done it before.


look at the pic. ask if you don't understand

if you look ar the TEE there that is 2" and a 1/4"ballvalve for pilot. put some weding rods i the TEE were you need air to flow and fill with epoxy around. then take them out and the TEE volume it like a 1/4" TEE (make the space in there as big as your pilot valve)

You may be able to forgo the welding rod and just use and epoxy filler. Like Bondo or JSM's famed low viscosity stuff... Even a glue stick worth of glue may work...

BTW I got a couple quarts of the low viscosity epoxy stuff a few weeks ago I'm just waiting for it to warm up some to I can start building..that and I'm buying a laptop in a few weeks so I'm a bit strapped for cash...

It's a good thing to point out, if your pilot valve is say 1/4", any piping leading to that valve bigger that 1/4" is simply a waste.
