3" sch80 is a halfway decent fit actually, but even 2.5" sch40 is too small.

It doesn't stay in from friction, but there's only a rather small gap.

Next time I get ahold of some 3" sch80, I'll take a picture.

but if 3" is a hair too small isn't there a method to make the ID bigger and let the OD stay the same
for example use a stick with sandpaper and go up and down in the barrel or do it by putting a cut open pipe in a too big barrel so it's much smaller
but there has to be a perfect one I think :D

I have some 3" sch20 right here... I'll get a picture as soon as I can find my USB cord. :? I only have sch20 because that is what the store had at the time... I might just end up using my cellphone to take the pic though... Oh well the quality isn't bad.

I missed posted...2.5 was a hair too small...3 inch was a hair too big...I went to four inch because I could easily sabot it at 4 inches...sorry for all the confusion...

You may be able to get away with sleeving in 3" sch40. I personally haven't tried it, but I don't typically use 3" barrels (Either 2 or 4 for me)

No, I meant sch20. Strangely enough, it's still rated for 120psi. And I went through the effort of taking the pics, so I'm going to post them anyways. It was taken with a 16oz monster energy can instead of a 12oz coke can, but I think the diameter is the same.

This is with the can put all the way to the other side, just to give you an idea of how much space there is.

I cannot seem to locate the ID of 3" sch20 pipe, but I would imagine it'd be between 3.1 and 3.2". And yeah, a Monster can is the same diameter as normal cans, just taller. BTW, is that stuff good?

Khaos? I think it is a vast improvement over the original, but it is definitely not my favorite. I would take a rockstar fruitpunch or a NOS over it any day! Oh yeah, and sobe nofear is pretty good too. If you get the chance, try monster java. It is GOOD. Full throttle is pretty good too.

EDIT: OMG, I am so going to the convenience store now.
EDIT: Holy crap! I looked on harvel's website, and they have 24" pressure rated pvc! Insanity.
