decent coax, now all it needs is a paint job and maybe some accessories...

Pilot volume is almost nothing. There is some 1/2 sch80 pvc sleeved inside for the piston, and in the tee there is some 1/4 inch cpvc with some rubber to act as a bumper.
Bigbob I am using propane to pressurize it then I top it off with a shock pump :D ill be painting it black later, will any of the parts rust? If it does thats the reson im painting.

Nice..You could switch the ballvalve and schrader,
Makes for a more comfortable trigger.

How does it perform??
Could you test it on a steel can?

Propane
that is a good idea and i will try it

and no, the parts wont rust for a very long time. They might start to rust a little in a year or so and the only parts that would rust at all are the black fittings.
that is all assuming you keep it dry

Yea i used a barrel support because when i fill the piston shoots forward really fast. dam this thing is strong you shoul really bump up the pressures on yours to see true damge :)

I want to, Just this darn bike pump...I might make a high pressure pump.. I am not really sure how much that project will cost. But for now the pump will have to do.. I can take it up to 80 but I pulled my shoulder a few days ago... Any damage shots?
