1/4" in Brass, 1/2" in PVC smallest I've seen

i would say the ones in your testicals are much smaller than 1/2 inch since there is some type of electical ball valve in there that switchs from sperm to pee.....

Well, I have seen them as small as 1/8", but by that time you should just be using a blowgun.

To answer the original question, ball valves come as small as 1/8" but in brass under 1/2".
