Hot glue pistons are fine as long as you use the glue to fill something not as the actual piston, fill up a coupler pill bottle or deoderant can because pistons made from straight hot glue will work for a while but eventually $hit themselfs
Hot Glue Piston
I just cut up some glue sticks and put them in half a coke can on the barbecue, seemed to work well.
