Would anyone like to get together for a day and do some shoot'n

I live in Western Washington (Bremerton). I know that fuel prices will probably be a factor for most of us but I am ready to do some shoot'n and would like to do it with some fellow spudders.

Not sure where though....

Im in washington too as you know
In Mercer Island, right next to seattle.
Im probably a little young(14) to hang out with a bunch of 20-30year olds.
But who knows, I might be able to make it there(wherever there is).

Edit: A couple other memebers that live in WA are maniac, ammosmoke, daxspudder, and BigGrib.
Im not completely sure about some of those....

Wow, you guys got a pretty good little cluster there. Hopefully you can arrange a meet, even with fuel price where they are.

Spudfarm, your English (on the forums at least) is better than a large portion of people who speak it as a first language.

I wouldn't mind going, since it doesn't look like there will be a Vegas Meet soon, but I doubt I can afford the drive out there.

If this meet is going to happen then I think I know a great place for it.

It is right next to a forest, which is used for airsofting by a couple teams. But there is only people there on sunday.
There is lots of random stuff laying around that would make good targets(water heaters, broken tv's, broken radios, sheet metal).
It is quite a large expanse of open land so it would be good for distance shooting too.

The airsofting feild that the place I am talking of is next to is called sultan feild. And is near monroe if you know where that is, and about a 40min drive away from seattle.

Ill get a link to its site which has directions too it.

oh i start thinking that it will be quite hard to get a 21foot hybrid on a plane.

Spudfarm, I have shown up to a meet without any launchers before, and it was still a blast. Plus, everybody knows submersion is the best way to learn a language. Call it an educational trip. I can see your hesitation to fly out for only a day though. In Vegas we had 2-3 days, and didn't fly from a foreign country...

Well, idk if i can go that north. Capital forest is a bit closer and it is HUGE. It has a bunch of gravel pit shooting ranges and there absolutely no possibility of us pissing anyone off, plus its pretty assessable

Im from silverdale, specifically bangor... I'd be down to go shooting, been thinking about going into the woods west of hood canal, but idk, i had been shooting off my back porch, but since I live on bangor base I really dont feel like having MAAs knocking on my door, but there is a ton of open areas around here, just have to look into it... after today i wont have a day off for two weeks... military pain... duty next saturday, then fathers day, so in two weeks I would be up for a road trip to olympia if you want a ride jr, we could meet up with HDP... hit me up with a PM... maybe Ill have my spudgun launched mini-tomahawk ready by then....

Glad to see the interest is here.....

I know of an area just over the hood canal.. I will have to check it out and see what the loggers have done to it.... that maybe an option!

My scuba reg. should be done this week so as soon as that is done I'm ready

HDpro is there a spot for some overnight camping down there. I would love a shoot, camp, fish, whatever weekend. My wife works all weekend (16 hr on sat & 16 hr on sun.) so I have all weekend to hang and do what ever....
