Not, it goes back into the primary. When the air from the pilot vents, it goes back up into the primary because, at that point, the inlet valve is closed.

That's what the paint drawing says but I am right. jk but 5 should be called a secondary chamber because 4 is filled first correct?
You can tell how awesome a cannon is by the pressure used.

5 Is the primary chamber because it feeds directly into the valve, and 4 feeds into the primary (firing) chamber.

The Primary chamber should be the first chamber filled aka #4 The secondary chamber should be the chamber that is filled from the primary chamber which is #5 does anybody get MY logic.

I designate my chambers in sequence going away from the firing mechanism, I.E. in order of relative importance. I ABSOLUTELY need the primary chamber for the gun to function, but the secondary chamber is not as necessary if I have a compressor with a high flow rate. Therefore, that chamber is the secondary chamber.

I still believe with my logic that the primary chamber should be the chamber that is filled first AKA #4

That's cool, but I'm still going by my own logic. On another topic, I'm beginning to work out the calculations for the dimensions of the piston, guide tube, and vent ports. I really don't get how my current project is the airburst rig, and I'm working on all this data for the X-ACS Project! I never really expected there to be so much theoretical calculation involved in making a blow forward valve. :x

BTW, when the things all done, you guys want me to post the data?

Need a bit of help. I'm trying to model projected performance in GGDT, and I'd like a little bit of help on what I need to set some values to.
