Well, this is the first of my pneumatics i will be posting as i believe it deserves it. This is my first attempt at a piston. Please do not knock it because you think it is ugly or too small. The sole reason i built this was to familarize myself with pistons.

Terrible primer job though. I got excited because i was in a hurry and also it was dark.

It is filled and piloted through the shrader.

Wooden piston with mouse pad neoprene as sealing face.

Some tiny foam stuff from some brush as a bumper. (If it even needs one)

I just finished it so i wont be able to test it until tomorrow. Boy i hope it works.

I would like to thank Mr. Sandman because his chapstick assassin gave me this idea.

Oh yea. Its made from 1/2 inch PVC.

Best wishes on your shooting tests tomorrow...but, don't be surprised if you need to tweak your piston some.

Let us know when you've got a result.

Yep hopefully it will work as it is...if it doesn't, be patient with it...it will be a great learning opportunity for you.

Hmmm, given the damage is decent to small objects i may just do that.

EDIT: I just realized. I had every intention to make it servicable but failed to do so. I had an adapter glued on the back so i could screw on a cap that whay i could open it up. But the piston wont fit the the whole in the adapter.
