Is the time (post times) showing correctly for anyone after the Daylight Savings Time change?

Nothing happened automatically, I had to adjust something in the configuration. phpBB 2 isn't smart enough to handle DST.

However for some my change fixed their time, but for others it didn't seem to, so I am cornfuzed!
