That wasn't so hard, now was it?

Much better. :)

I agree with the others that you have "cooked" the valve core. You will have to remove it and replace it.

This is the tool you will need to remove it.

This tool can be obtained wherever tire repair supplies can be found. For example a bicycle repair shop.

When you have removed your valve core, it will look like one of these.

As can be seen, they simply thread in.

you should be able to remove the core without a special tool with a small screwdriver (although it is quite tricky)

the if you have a spare bike tyre lying around, just take the core out of the schrader on that.

you shouldn't need the special tool, just try and unscrew the core with something small.

There's not really too much to keep in mind, just unscrew the old core, screw the new one in!

Seriously, did you have to cut it out? its called using tweezers and all you had to do was unscrew it.....
I hope you didn't damage the core.

THINK?
We are telling you to unscrew the core, now I wonder...how would one place on?
MAYBE JUST MAYBE...you can TRY and SCREW it in.

Ok i was jut unsure, and it was obviously just rammed in, no tapping what so ever on the outer core(or the inner one for that matter) only tapped part was where it screwed into the pump.. And it is still ok, i tested it and it seal/opens when it should.

Ok i thank you all for the help, the sharder is ow fixed and working. Does any one know how much pressure the sharder will hold? I am planing to use a bulk tank and maybe i will need another valve altogether. If so, please tell me what valve i can use to fill the chamber and maybe even where i can get it.

Please use a little seperation in your posts. I ha\/e read this whole thread and remember when it was hard to seperate. You need to gi\/e ea(h new idea a new line (maybe e\/en a gap between the lines). I am really sorry about the horrible tyeping. The keyboard here isn't typeing c, v, x, z, or enter. Hen(e why this post doesnt look too great.

Look, instead of giving me a comment like that just answer that last question of mine, like that I will not need to type any more post and thus seperation will not be an issue. I personally do not see the need for this seperation but if it helpy you, as the reader, then i guess i should use it.

What is the maxium pressure a sharder valve will safely hold?

Wait... What? You just did...

I can't give a particular figure for your exact valve, as they do vary some what, but I have seen them used in excess of 400 psi - something like 30 bar.
Does that thing kinda look like a big cat to you?
