That information is easy to find, but since I'm nice, 160PSI MAX! Don't take it past 100 PSI, it has pretty much the same strength as Sch40 Nsf-Pw PVC, which the rest of the cannon will be made out of. That should help you connect it, there are other ways though.

1. totally off topicWhats the difference between nsf-pw and nsf-dwv?
2. do research(spud wiki)
3. NSF is a standards compane. PW means potable water. it is rated for pressure. DVW is not pressure rated. It meand Drain Waste Vent.
your pipe may say both. Look for the XXX PSI some were on it. always make sure it says NSF-PW

*BULLSHIT BUZZER*
Are you stupid?! No where near the same strength. First off just compare the huge wall thickness difference. Second your comparing the bottles *burst* strength to that of the pipe recommended safe max. That number is made with a huge safety factor... Cant belive people say such stupid stuff.

Here is australia our pipe is rated to 3times it safe running pressure before it blows out.And your pipe is higher pressure rated then ours so sch40 would explode at about 400psi or so.
