What propane psi for this chamber / meter

What psi of propane should i use on a 4 inch long by 1/2 meter being injected into a 4 inch diameter piece of pvc pipe that is 14" long and has a U shape made out of 2 , 2" elbows coming out the back to make it over under.

Just measure out all of the fittings from where they attach together, and find the volume for each and go from there. Or if you want you can build the gun and fill it with water to determian the volume, (this way would probably be more accurate). Then just do some simple math and find out the pressre required in the meter pipe.
