it's definitely possible. if u compare it to the tippmann propane marker u'll see that the piston in the hammer does the work of both pistons in the marker. http://www.pbnation.com/showthread.php?p=52108423 (click and scroll down). it seals and gasses the chamber. it's actually kinda simple (depending how u look at it). instead of a hand pumping the piston it uses the combustion to compress a spring which throws it back into the valves. the only problems i see is that the piston has to be heavy enough to bounce back from that spring and i think that gravity plays a part in setting the piston since the hammer is always facing down. and the energy needed to compress the spring (in my opinion) won't be worth the energy on the projectile.

please correct me if i say something stupid.
WHY PAY FOR IT WHEN U CAN MAKE IT?
