I have found that a very good material to use is SIDEWALK SALT, the big chunks. I put a potato down the barrel first, then i pour about a cup of salt.

airsoft bbs are good for shotguns. they go a decent distance and hurt like hell. u can put like 500 in a 2" barrel. think of that, 500 bbs hitting at the same time. u use em by putting them in between two paper towels, foam pads, etc.

non-lethal ammo

ok first you set a big chunk of silicon in somthing you can get it out of than you wait for it to dry properly.

than take your chunck and some scissors and cut it into millions of little pieces

put your little pieces in a bowl and add some grease, stirr untill well mixed

find a creative way of stuffing these down your barrel and fire

this will proberly work better with a combustion

why combustion ? It seems the grease would catch on fire. It would work just as good with a pnumatic. :D

Granted ...I am not an admin or such;but in keeping up with what I have read from the people in authority positions on these sites ,I MUST ponit out that I was recently at the BATF website and noted that these devices were not considered firearms as long as they were used for recreational purposes and did not shoot things like flaming tennis balls etc. . As the fella that runs the Spudtech site pointed out : let's keep it safe and sane here... I THINK IT GOES WITHOUT HAVING TO BE SAID THAT CERTAIN THINGS DON"T REALLY NEED TO BE SO ABRUPTLY FOLLOWED UP ON WITH A SPECIFIC RESPONSE THROWN OUT ON THE TABLE THAT WOULD ALLOW "BIG BROTHER" TOPUT THE STOPS ON OTHERWISE DECADES OLD FREE WHEELING FUN.
But then,I am only 39yrs old have 6children 12 mo--19 yrs...I could be wrong...

Indeed, shooting flaming projectiles is illegal... and I would have removed all discussion of shooting "grease smeared rubber" projectiles if I thought it had the slightest chance of acctualy working.
The flash point of grease is ~250 *C.

For a paintball shotgun, Sch 40 3/4" for small spread, thin wall 3/4" for medium and 1" Sch 40 for BIG spread.
