ok, I'll try to explain it, here goes nothing.

The paint chamber (center piece with four holes (2 visible) that looks like a piston) is attached to the center hollow dowle (brown)(hollow to equallise pressure). This "piston" is filled with paint and wound up (the two hooks should have a rubber band on it). Then the plug is inserted (chaft with 3 orings on it) A:to keep it from unwinding and B: to keep it depressurerised (sp?). The chamber is then pressurised though the bike valve (yellow).

to activate the grenade (it'll have to be tossed quickly!) simply pull up on the chaft/plug, which alowws the paint chamber to start spinning, gaining pressure. Then once it gets to the holes it'll burst the layer of packing tape over the inside holes explodeing paint every where.

please, ask me about any confusion because it's hard for me to explain how it works...

critisism is appriciated also!

em... in english? lol.... too much in one paragraph for a lazy person to comprehend sorry. Also, the one part i understood about it spinning to gain pressure, by the time you can throw it, it will have gone off.

the inner paintchamber spines, and once the holes on the inside match up with the holes on the outside it THEN releasses the paint and air...still not sure if it'll work tho. prove me wrong!

lol not to put you down or anything but im going to laugh when you come back to tell us you got covered... Also you cant just chuck pvc after a while it is going to brake... The speed at which the air will try to escape at is going to slam that piston thingy down so fast that you will be covered before tossing or it will go off mid air. It was a good attempt, but your best bet is rubber hosing, a way to close it off, and a bike pump submerged in paint mix.

ahh... but the thing is the "piston" isn't a piston, it spins.. there's no force pushing it up or down.

THE AIR IS PUSHING IT INTO A SCREW MOTION, and it will go very very fast, also creating insane friction.

no the air isn't pushing it into a screw motion, a rubber band is... it's not shown but it should be attached to the two hooks then wound aroung the center pole...

the last two on the right will have some sort of burst disk ( the pressure will slowly rise until it blows provideing the time delay) ask me if you guys can't figure out the designs I don't feel like explaining currently.
