I disagree; - Guessing at both and playing with GGDT ( 40psi/ Generic Valve / 100-500ms Valve Open Time/ Flow Coef from 70-90... I get upwards to 200fps (136 mph)

A hackey-sack is typically 4-5cm in diameter / 50 grams ... I could imagine that flying pretty far.

A couple hundred feet is believable. Take it to the local football field and launch it over the goalpost towards the other goal post and let me know if you get it over both goalposts in one shot.

I have gotten stuff over a couple hundred yards, but not at 40 PSI and not with a ball valve.

Yea there is a huge differance between a modded sprinkler valve and ball valve. The only way you can semi decent results from a ball valve is to clamp a pole to it so you have leverage and open it a lot faster.
