how much epoxy do i need to hold my barrel in my camber. it would be at 150-200psi steal barrel and chamber. 1/2 inch id camber and 8mm od barrel

That would be fine but an easier way that ive used to 300 psi is wrapping the pipe in tap untill it fits in the chamber then smother the tape in epoxy and that way works realy well.

I think an even better option is finding a brass or galvanised fitting that will fit inside the chamber and will allow the barrel to go through the centre of it. If it doesn't allow a barrel to go through the centre, drill a hole.

Make sure to rough up the fitting and inside of the chamber where you are going to epoxy with sandpaper, before applying the epoxy.

Aside from that, epoxy quanty is down to you. It's not like there's a specific amount you need. Just apply what you think is necessary.

I am going to get a female threaded end cap drill a hole in the middle and solder a barss barrel i got from my dad. Still put some to make sure the air tight because i cant solder good

if you plan on soldering the barrel in the end cap ,you wont need barrel supports

Use 3 supports instead of 2. With two, it can move sideways.

well that depends on how its manufactured ,i used the same sorta desigh as above and mine didnt move at all.. and you will get better flow with 2 prongs

I just finished my piston on my drill press lathe. Its got to o-ring groves and a check valve. Im not going to post the gun for a at lest a month i got back sugery in to days all part are hear and ready but need solder and flux and a blow torch.

When my barrel was epoxied in, it lent to one side a bit, so I just used a support on that side to centre it again, but if your barrel is more than about 20cm inside the chamber, i'd use at least 2 barrel supports even if it was centred. If you glue the supports to the barrel and inside of the chamber, it shouldn't move side to side. Though that can be difficult so if you can't glue the supports to the inside of the chamber, do what Tech said and use 3.
