Here it is... no test fires yet. I just finished it. After the glue dries, I will post vid and damage pics.
I know the primer is ugly... I might give it a paint job.

Sice the sprinkler is only the exhaust valve...
I think in this case you would probably be better off
if you would put a piece of hose between that valve and the blowgun.

That way you can place the airsoft pistolbody in a less awkward place.

Either that or loose the pistol all together.

The rest seems fine. You'll have a blast with it, I'm sure.

You might want to add an elbow to the back of the sprinkler to divert the exhaust..

Yup, looks like a nice launcher.

Besides the blowgun pistol grip placement, the only thing that could be better is the piston. Its very irregular, causing a big gap into the pilot area. You can be glad you are pilotting with a sprinkler, a blowgun wouldn't be able to pilot this one.

The piston looks pretty heavy. A cup shaped piston would be much more lighter and efficient.

Looks like it turned out good. I also think you should move the blowgun grip forward. And possibly add an elbow to divert the flow with a small pipe sticking out the bottom for a stock. Then it'd be easier to hold and shoot.
