I need to have an inline valve that can handle up to 500 psi and a low volume of air.

I need to be able to trigger it by a 12v-24v DC solenoid.

Sometime of spool valve? Piston valve?

I have CNC capability.

Any Ideas.?

i would make a coaxial piston valve out of metal and make the exhaust valve some kind of HPA solenoid valve.

I would suggest an inline piston valve. If you know what the inside of a sprinkler valve looks like... Its just that but instead of a diaphragm it has a piston.

The field of high pressure / performance solenoids is somewhat sparse unless you use very expensive aerospace equipment like CircleSeal. As you have CNC machines, I would suggest that you design and make your own valves to suit your needs.
