Need opinion on scooter chop.

Like the title says, I need your design opinions.

I would like to " chop" my 50 cc 4 stroke moped scooter, to fit my style.

To keep it from gettig outlawed, I'll have to keep the frame the way it is.
This is what I came up with. ( picture shows the 125 cc versio wich looks the same)

Oh..and it is already flat black.

Hahaha..but with 2 wheels in stead of 3..

I'm going for a mix between a chopper and a scooter.
A pure chopper I can buy.
