You weren't kidding when you said bad quality. :?
I thought you were putting a piece of pvc pipe inside?
And that's a small hole.
I sanded down the outside of mine with my bench grinder and sand paper to make it smooth and a nice fit in the pipe.

Video Quality will improve when the video finished processing, this was to show where the holes are to be drilled and how to build it, the darkness is cause I was in my garage

Alright so is the any pvc in your inline block or not?
This weekend I may get a start on mine.

No, the hole is 3/4 in the video so a piece of half inch thinwall would fit in nicely with a little sanding though

My hole is pretty big then... I put a sliver of thinwalled 1 inch in mine!

but this piece of wood fits in a 1 1/2 inch piece of pipe and with a little sanding 1 1/4 or 1 inch thinwall

Ok, mine was built for 2" pipe. I hope the bigger hole will give it slightly less ROF.

Yeah but If seen some with holes that size that had hig rofs, I guess it depends on your barrel length and pressure

Yeah I'll try pressures, barrel length, and bursts vs. emptying the tank.
