I mainly go by the content of sellers' negative feedback. Looks like this guy screwed more than a few people over.

I'd rather be out $3 from buying at another store than risk not getting the pump at all.

Well, you could try the guy I bought mine from ( http://myworld.ebay.com.au/comcycleusa/ ).

Although there was the initial payment issue which I've already mentioned earlier... he responded to my email quickly, the problem was fixed when he said it would be... and everything from there on was smooth sailing.

The transaction worked fine once they fixed their problem, he shipped either the day after or the day after that (can't remember which), and the pump arrived the next week. He packed it in a cardboard box with no packing materials, but this was fine as the pump isn't exactly fragile. The box was plenty of protection, and it arrived as described and in perfect condition.

The price was similar to other sellars, but the $5 shipping to Australia was much cheaper than any of the others. I don't mean this to sound like an advertisement, just sharing my experience.
