Balloon time helium tank

I was wondering if this tank would be safe to use: http://www.balloontime.com/display.php? ... _largetank

it says not to refill it, but i dont see why i couldnt. i was also wondering if any of you know how much pressure this could hold.

I found this, make sure to coat the inside with paint to prevent rust, also dont use with high pressure.

I have one of those. It appears to be identical to my Freon tanks. When full they deliver 14.9 cubic feet of gas, so they are shipped with the pressure of approximately 200-250 PSI.

My 2 inch air cannon is built in the Freon twin to this tank. I regularly run it at 100 PSI.

The tank does have a safety blow out disk. As far as I can tell, the disk requires over 300 PSI to fail.

Put in a larger valve than the original. I recommend one like this;
