yea i really like the performance i am thinking of making more this size and having a single shot bolt action with a integrated suppressor similar to this.
any ideas on how to make the bolt setup would want to keep the cartridge close to the back for longer barrel

that is a lead sinker went in about 5mm

I think that there is no need for cartridges. Just use a typical chamber. Loading is going to be a bit tricky but I think it can be done if you load ammo from behind and use a detent

sorry im not following? the idea was that if i had cartridge i could get of 10 shots before having to reload

yea that might work but it would be hard to get right plus you would only be able to use ball bearings and no sabot/wadding and with a .5mm gap and at this size it wouldnt help performance witch is what i dont want and you would have to reloaded after each shot and i kinda want to move onto something that can get a few shots of in a reasonable amount of time

I think it is just a misconception - cartridges are not faster. You still have to reload and fuel them.
This design can achieve high ROF with an automated metering system, or at least a push button fuelling system

sure you have to reload all of them but when you have then youll have a consistent 10 shots and will be safer then having a premixed chamber attached to the firing chamber and much easier and smaller than having both a fuel and air chambers, and sure you can use non-spherical ammo but i cant really get much where i come from and homemade stuff would be hard to get it to seal

ha ha ha never looked at it like that but now you say something i can see what you mean i picked it because it was the only picture that i could find that was small enough that was to do with fire and im not sure how to get them that small myself
